"I have a number of policies with State Farm, and needed clarification about what was covered under each one, or not, and whether there was duplication of coverage. Dre was a huge help in clarifying the details, was not only very patient with the numerous doubts and questions that came to my mind, he insisted on staying past closing time until I had a full understanding of the coverages.
